General Cleaners/Cleaning Technicians
General Cleaners/Cleaning Technicians needed immediately. Applicants interested in residential and commercial cleaning are welcome to apply.
Upgrade Cleaning LLC's primary focus is B2B commercial cleaning. However, we also provide B2C residential services and partner with the real estate industry for both commercial and residential properties. Our company is growing fast, and we are looking for the perfect team to handle our diverse clientele and their industry needs.
Qualities & Qualifications
*Energetic *Independent *Responsible *Reliable *Respectful *Must believe that wearing a smile and being friendly is the best way to work. *Experience is a plus, if not experienced must be highly trainable & willing to learn our systems fast. *Should be legally able to work in the United States *18 years and over *Must have own Vehicle, this job requires traveling to various jobsites. *Must own smartphone *If any documents are needed for work. Must produce them in a timely manner.  *We need individuals who understand the challenges of the job & work well under pressure. *Candidates are assigned to work contracted job sites all around Chicagoland and beyond. * Team members must understand the Job may be physically demanding. and be in good physical shape to handle tools, equipment & perform tasks. *Upgrade team members must also pay close attention to the requirements and rules they’re given. *Our ideal team members work in a fast pace while getting the job done right! *Team members are expected to constantly be on alert to ensure they’re following necessary cleaning guidelines. *Our ideal team members keep the Uniform dress code when working onsite.   *Our ideal team members care about the reputation of the company. *Team members will live by our Golden pact. What will you do
In General, Upgrade Cleaning Tech Cleaner, or Custodian, When you join us you may become responsible for cleaning assignments & the upkeep of; * Restaurants (Please note this is more of a specialization, especially for Commercial Kitchens & B.O.H) * Offices * Residences * Hospitality such as Airbnb, Vrbo, Hotels * or other public areas in our Clients locations neat and organized. Typical main duties include; * Main duties include sweeping * Mopping * Vacuuming floors * Dusting counter tops, ceilings, furniture * Sanitizing bathrooms, Kitchens and other public and high traffic areas  * Because we are also Janitorial, Team members may also operate tools of the trade, machinery and equipment. In addition Upgrade Cleaning Team members may also be responsible for additional cleaning services per request. Such as waxing floors. Will be discussed per Customer & Client request. Our specialty is Commercial Kitchens in the Restaurant industry. Our team working in this industry, Keeping all Kitchen equipment clean, this is especially important to our Restaurant Clients. Other responsibilities of our Upgrade cleaning team;  * Performing routine inspections to check that spaces like restrooms are always sanitary. Cleaners are also responsible for: * Coordinating with other Cleaners to keep businesses clean. * Cleaning spills, broken glass and other messes up as quickly as possible. * Performing maintenance activities related to cleaning (e.g. maintaining cleaning equipment * Refilling supplies, such as toilet paper and paper towels * Reporting throughout the assigned job, including cooperation with Supervisors and Company Management. * This includes taking before and after images/videos, and checking in/out, the location. * Reporting when new cleaning supplies are needed. ​ Does this sound like something you can do? LOCATION
Upgrade team members will be required to travel. Sometimes around Chicago, Surrounding Suburbs and various parts of the State of Illinois, Even in some cases neighboring States & may be assigned work in various locations.
DURATION
Days, Hours and Jobs vary based on our agreements with our clients.
PAY

The compensation structure can differ depending on various factors, as we operate in accordance with the agreements we have with our clients. The specific offer will be presented at the time of the hiring decision.
